On June 12^th , persons in charge of the below 4 companies：Hainan Seaview Paradise International Limited Sanya Wuzhizhou Island Tourism Zone, Hainan Voyage Tourism Development Co., Ltd, Sanya Yanghai Ship Industry Co., Ltd., Sanya Hongzhou Yacht Club Co., Ltd. from the Sanya Maritime Bureau received the first batch of "Sanya jurisdiction ship management certificate", marking the yacht and other ship certificates "multiple certificates in one" reform pilot work officially landed. Sanya by actively promoting the innovation of maritime administrative approval system, significantly streamline the process, materials and time to provide enterprises, vessels to provide "a paper application, a single application, unified issuance" of "quickly complete the process" service, multiple initiatives to optimize the business environment, service Hainan Free Trade Port construction.

       Since April 28^th the Ministry of Transport and Communications Maritime Bureau issued the "Approval on the pilot implementation of the "multi-certificate" reform for passenger-related vessels and yacht vessels in Sanya", Sanya Maritime Bureau has been actively organizing relevant work, completing the formulation of the certificate issuance rules and other documents, as well as the "multi-certification" support system and the design and development of WeChat mini-programs, etc, and the first batch of "Certificate of Ship Management in Sanya Jurisdiction" was issued on June 12^th, which took 45 days from the approval to the issuance of the first batch of certificates.
